Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to create an account or use Maxx Reward.
• One Person, One Account, One Device: You may only register and maintain strictly one account on one physical Android device. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or re-registering on the same device to farm rewards is strictly prohibited.
• Authentication: You must authenticate using your own legitimate Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

2. Points System & Valuation

• Points Scale: Maxx Reward operates on a fixed reference scale where 100 Points = ₹1.00 INR. Rupee values appear on catalog rewards as an indicative redemption value.
• Nature of Points: Points are virtual promotional loyalty units. They do not constitute property, have no independent cash value, do not earn interest, and cannot be purchased, traded, bartered, or transferred to other users outside of the official in-app Reward Catalog.
• Points Buckets:
  • Pending: Points recorded from e-commerce shopping or offerwalls awaiting merchant validation.
  • Approved: Points verified and available for redemption.
  • Hold: Points temporarily reserved while a redemption request is reviewed.
  • Redeemed: Points successfully converted into a delivered reward.
  • Reversed: Points deducted due to cancelled orders, returned goods, or detected fraud.

3. E-Commerce Shopping & Affiliate Cashback

• Third-Party Merchants: Maxx Reward features affiliate links to third-party e-commerce retailers (such as Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Swiggy, etc.) via affiliate networks (including Cuelinks). Your purchases are made directly on the merchant's platform under their terms and conditions.
• Pending Period: Shopping cashbacks are initially credited to your Pending points bucket. The merchant verifies that the transaction was not returned, exchanged, or cancelled during their statutory return window (typically 30 to 75 days).
• Approval & Reversal: Upon merchant approval, points automatically transfer to your Approved balance. If an order is returned, cancelled, or rejected by the merchant, the pending points are reversed.
• Tracking Disclaimer: Tracking relies on cookies and merchant reporting. If you use ad blockers, third-party coupon extensions, or fail to complete the transaction in a single browsing session, tracking may fail, and points cannot be credited.

4. Redemptions & Payouts

• Catalog Items: Points may be redeemed for digital gift cards (Amazon, Flipkart, Google Play), mobile recharges, or UPI transfers as made available in the Reward Catalog.
• Review Window: Every redemption request undergoes automated integrity checks and manual review. Review holds typically take 24 to 48 hours to ensure fair play and prevent automated exploitation.
• Daily Limits: To protect platform liquidity and prevent fraud, redemptions are subject to user caps (e.g. up to ₹500/day per user) and global daily limits.
• Sealed Delivery: Once delivered, gift card codes are encrypted and stored securely. Users must keep their delivered codes private. Maxx Reward is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift card codes once revealed.

5. Prohibited Activities & Zero-Tolerance Abuse

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all points without appeal:

• Using emulators (e.g. BlueStacks, Nox), rooted devices, automated scripts, bots, or auto-clickers.
• Using VPNs, proxies, Tor networks, or GPS spoofing to manipulate geographic location or task offers.
• Self-referrals, circular referral rings, or operating fake referral networks.
• Manipulating device IDs, network traffic, or attempting SQL injection, API replay, or reverse engineering.
• Attempting to claim reward points by fraudulently creating and subsequently cancelling e-commerce orders.
• Clicking advertisements with the sole intent of generating developer revenue (rewarded videos are rewarded for genuine viewing only).

6. Account Deletion and Inactivity

• User-Initiated Deletion: You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me → Settings → Delete my account). Unredeemed points are permanently forfeited upon deletion. Pending redemption requests must be resolved prior to account deletion.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts inactive for more than 180 consecutive days may have their virtual points expired to prevent orphaned liabilities.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Maxx Reward is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or transactions with third-party merchants.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
