Delete Your Maxx Reward Account

Platform: Maxx Reward Mobile App Audience: 18+ Only

Maxx Reward respects your right to control your personal information. You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.

Method 1: Inside the App (Instant)

Open the Maxx Reward app and tap on Me (Profile tab).
Select Settings → Delete my account.
Review the summary of what is removed and what is kept, type DELETE in capital letters, and confirm.

Deletion in the app takes effect immediately. Please note: if you currently have a reward redemption request in progress, you must wait until it is reviewed and delivered before deleting your account.

Method 2: If You Cannot Open the App

If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your Android device, you can request account deletion by emailing our support desk:

Send an email to digitalfirojofficial@gmail.com from the exact Google email address you used to create your Maxx Reward account, with the subject line “Delete my account”.

We will verify that the email matches our user authentication records, process the deletion on our server, and send you a confirmation reply once completed (typically within 48 to 72 business hours).

What is Permanently Deleted

Your sign-in record (your Google account ID and email address).
Your nickname, avatar selection, and profile details.
Your leaderboard cohort entries and score history.
Your device's active binding identifier and device integrity records.
Your push notification registration tokens and reminder preferences.
All sealed gift card ciphertexts delivered to your profile.

What is Kept, and Why

Anonymised Ledger & Accounting Records: Points transactions and past redemption request histories are preserved under an anonymous ID strictly to fulfill statutory tax, dispute reconciliation, and financial accounting requirements under Indian law. No personal name, email, or profile is linked to these rows.
Permanent Fraud-Prevention Claims: A one-way cryptographic hash of your device identifier and verified phone number is retained. This permanently prevents a deleted account from re-registering on the same device to farm welcome bonuses or referral commissions.
Deletion Log: A record noting that a deletion request occurred, the timestamp, and the amount of forfeited points.

Important Notice: Any unredeemed points remaining in your wallet at the time of deletion are permanently forfeited. Deleting your account cannot be undone.
