1. Earnings Disclaimer

Maxx Reward allows users to earn virtual reward points by completing various tasks, including watching short rewarded video advertisements, completing daily check-ins, solving quizzes, playing mini-games (such as 2048 and Memory Match), and shopping through third-party partner offers.

No Guaranteed Income: Maxx Reward is designed as a casual rewards and cashback discovery application, not a job, employment opportunity, investment, or "get-rich-quick" scheme. Points earned vary significantly based on user engagement, geographic location, device authenticity, advertising network fill rates, and merchant validation.

We do not guarantee that any specific number of tasks, videos, or offers will be available to you at any given time, nor do we guarantee any fixed daily, weekly, or monthly income.

2. Affiliate Marketing Disclosure (ASCI & FTC Guidelines)

In compliance with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure requirements, please be informed that:

  • Maxx Reward contains affiliate links. When you click on retailer links (such as Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Swiggy, Domino's, etc.) within our application or website and complete a purchase, our platform earns an affiliate commission from the respective merchant via affiliate networks (including Cuelinks).
  • This commission is paid directly by the merchant or affiliate network at no additional cost to you. You pay the exact same price (or lower, if coupons apply) as you would by visiting the merchant directly.
  • Maxx Reward shares a substantial portion of these affiliate commissions (up to 70%) back with you in the form of virtual reward points, which you can subsequently redeem from our Reward Catalog.

3. Zero Deposit & 100% Free Platform

Maxx Reward will never ask you to deposit money, buy credits, or pay any registration fee to unlock rewards or cash out points. Any website, message, or person claiming that you must pay money to receive rewards from Maxx Reward is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.

4. Merchant Terms & Tracking Limitations

Cashback points for e-commerce purchases are credited subject to merchant confirmation. Merchants reserve the right to cancel or reject commissions on orders that are:

  • Returned, cancelled, or exchanged.
  • Purchased for commercial or bulk reselling purposes.
  • Subject to payment failures or fraudulent payment disputes.
  • Made using unapproved third-party coupons or browser extensions that hijack affiliate attribution cookies.

If a merchant rejects a transaction, Maxx Reward is not paid commission for that transaction and consequently cannot award points to your wallet.

5. Trademark & Brand Disclaimer

All brand names, trademarks, product names, logos, and service marks displayed on the Maxx Reward application or website (including but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, Google Play, Myntra, Swiggy, Ajio, Domino's, UPI) are the property of their respective trademark holders.

The display of these trademarks does not imply any direct partnership, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement between Maxx Reward and the respective trademark owners, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Gift cards and vouchers are subject to the terms of the respective issuing brands.
